Face masks, gloves, and protecting your skin

Acne

If you are at risk for acne, wearing a mask can cause a breakup. Acne can be caused by a blockage or blockage of the hair follicles (pyelonephritis ducts). If you do not usually get the risk of getting acne, then the amount of time you spend wearing a mask should be reduced and acne should improve. If you are at risk for acne or your acne is severe, follow up with your dermatologist for additional advice.
Dry skin, itchy and flaky skin without rashes


If you are experiencing dry or peeling skin after a mask for an extended period of time, wash your face with a mild cleanser. Apply a heavy moisturizing capsules to rehydrate your skin by gently patting the pat dry leaving some moisture on the skin.
Advise hygiene: Sensitive skin bar soap, citafil gentle cleanser or best ve hydrating cleanser.
Look for moisturizing ingredients:
Ram Ceramide: Helps maintain healthy skin barriers
Ly Glycerin and Hyaluronic Acid: Hydrates the skin by returning moisture
Suggest moisturizers: Best Ve moisturizing cream, Aveno cream, plain Vaseline ointment or vanicrim.




Keep in mind that pump-bottle lotions contain a lot of alcohol and can burn and sting when applied to dry, cracked or peeled skin. If you are applying a moisturizer and it burns or drowns, switch to one of the products recommended above. Be sure to avoid all anti-aging products. Retinoids with anti-aging products, hydroxy acids, scrubs and peels can irritate your skin even more.
Pigment change
Pigment changes can occur as a result of excessive dry skin, resolving rashes, and repetitive friction. Pigment changes respond best to the use of heavy emollients such as Vaseline, but may take several months to fully resolve. Pigment changes are not permanent. Contact your dermatologist right now if you have noticed pigment changes in your skin without related frostbite or rashes.
Itchy rash

Most itchy rashes from masks will be something called irritating contact dermatitis, which is cleared with topical steroids such as 1% hydrocortisone, a gentle cleanser, anti-irritant and heavy moisturizer, but also formaldehyde, metals, rubbers Maybe.
After wearing a mask for extended periods, wash your face with the gentle cleansers listed above. Wearing a mask for long periods of time can cause sores on the back of your nose and ears from the friction of the mask against your skin. If you have problems, try using Duderm on areas where your masks rub against your skin which can reduce friction and prevent further breakage of the skin. Be sure to use it properly, as it can reduce the seal of certain masks. You can use a silicone barry cream like La Roche-Pozai Cicaplast Baum that glides easily. Finally, barrier creams such as Vaseline or Zinc Oxide can also be used to reduce friction and prevent excess water loss from the skin.






If you are developing hives on your own, consider contacting an allergist or dermatologist. It can be a reaction to the components of gloves from stress or strain. In the meantime, consider using oral antihistamines. If you are taking other medicines, consult your provider before starting. considered any treatment, a good method to consider in the morning is Allegra 180mg and in the evening Zyrtec 10ml. If necessary, increase the dose to Allegra 360mg in the morning, and Zyrtec 20mg in the evening.
